Planning Your Party


Reserve Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy and Wellness Day Spa for your private massage spa party .
Our facility includes a party/gathering room for you and your guests and ten treatment rooms.
We can accommodate 5-15 guests. You will have use of spa robes and slippers! To ease the scheduling of large groups, we recommend to reserve your date as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired services. Pick your Party Package! You may choose from our party package or customize a package from our different services.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Your deposit will guarantee your price! You are more than welcome to bring in your own food, however please limit it to cold platters. Breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner can be arranged per your request. We will provide the paper goods. Complimentary tea, coffee and water will be available. Custom designed cakes, floral and balloon arrangements can be supplied for your event. The scheduled services for your group are reserved and staffed according to your requests. Therefore, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy for parties. We can arrange to have your guests, " take home the experience, " with favors such as body scrubs, slippers,etc. Please let us know your intention at least 2 weeks prior to your party so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

How long is the SPA Party?
It will depend on the number of guests and services. Generally, they are 2-4 hours.

What should I wear for the SPA Party?
Typically your guests wear our slippers and robes. Whatever you feel comfortable in is fine.

I'm pregnant, can I still receive SPA Party services?
Yes, we offer specific services for pregnancy.

Is it safe to have treatments the day before or the day of my wedding?
Absolutely! You may want to consider coming by the office 1-2 weeks prior to have a spot treatment sample of any body treatment to make sure you are not allergic to it.

Do you have treatments for men?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, because we don't specialize in beauty (no make-up, hair or nails here) and our atmosphere is geared towards a casual, warm, homey environment where men feel very welcome and all services can be enjoyed by them as well!

Do you have treatments that don't require undressing?
Yes! Consider our "De-Stress Without the Undress,"Session. It's wonderful!

Is there anything I should avoid prior to my SPA Party treatment?
If you will be receiving a Body scrub, please avoid shaving the day of your session.

Are there any health conditions I should disclose prior to my appointment?
A medical history intake form will be sent to you and reviewed prior to your session. We will notify you of any contraindications.

What about teens and tweens?
We do offer a special pricing structure for teens. We can do massage sessions as short as 10 minutes each, thereby cutting costs considerably.

  • A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve the date and time. The length of time for each session must be decided and the approximate amount of guests must be given at this time. A minimum of $100.00 for each guest or a pre-made package rate will apply. Each guest must leave a deposit of 50% within 1 week of the official booking. Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to party date will be given a complete refund except for a $100.00 set-up fee. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to party will be charged 50% of full service up until 2 days prior to date in which there will be no refund.
  • Final Payment: All final payments must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your party date. Changes may be requested up to 2 days before the party at which time your card will be charged and the services will be locked in.
  • Refunds will not be given for any cancellations 2 days prior or less to the party, unless medical documentation from a licensed physician is received.
  • Please be aware that there are contraindications for Massage Therapy sessions and for additional services. We will send out paperwork which includes a Medical History to each of your guests. We ask that these be returned at least 2 weeks prior to your party so that we may properly accommodate all of your guests. We can not be responsible for any cancellation of services due to a lack of a proper medical history prior to the sessions.
  • Pre-paid packages, gift certificates, coupons, spafinder gift cards, spawish or salon dreams etc. are not accepted for SPA Party payments.
  • A Hostess Fee of $50.00 per hour will most likely apply depending on the day, time and amount of guests. Average length of party is 3 hours.
  • Gratuity Policy-For our guests' convenience, we automatically add 30 cents per minute of your massage or facial session gratuity to your credit card when services are charged, so you will not have to be concerned with it on the day of your SPA Party . Guests will have the discretion to adjust these gratuities based upon the level of service received. This includes the option to adjust gratuities (up or down) for any reason. In order to do so, the guest will need to call the Director or Event Coordinator within 24 hours after the party. Just to be clear...if you purchase a package for $100 which includes a 60 minute massage, you will be charged 30 cents for the 60 minute session, not for the length of the party or a percentage of your package.
